Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Amerix United LLC.

Because every product is made to order, we ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.


Made-to-Order Products

All items sold by Amerix United are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Preference for a different color or design
  • Orders placed by mistake

Please refer to the product description and size chart before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect compared to your order

please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full or partial refund, when applicable.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.


Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at:

Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.


Exchanges

Because our products are custom made, we do not offer exchanges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipped, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom printed apparel
  • Hoodies
  • Sweatshirts
  • Tote bags
  • Drinkware
  • Home décor
  • Accessories
  • Any made-to-order product
