Orders

When will my order be processed?

All orders are made to order. Production typically begins within 1–3 business days after your purchase.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not entered production, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@amerixunited.com.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations are generally not possible.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times within the United States are:

  • Production: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days

Total estimated delivery: 4–10 business days.

Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United States.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Products

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed.

This helps reduce unnecessary waste and allows us to offer a wide variety of original designs.


Will the printed colors match exactly?

We strive for accurate product images, but slight color variations may occur due to different monitor settings and printing processes.


How do I choose the correct size?

Each product includes a detailed size chart.

We recommend comparing the measurements with one of your favorite garments before placing your order.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Because every product is made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Personal preference

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
